Justin Bauer
I’m Justin Bauer, and my journey into fitness and nutrition began with a harsh wake-up call. At 17, my dad had a devastating stroke, leaving him struggling to speak and move. Years later, he was diagnosed with cancer, and my life became a blur of hospital visits and supporting my mom through her grief.
This turned my fitness passion into an unhealthy obsession. I became consumed with eating clean and training relentlessly, constantly feeling guilty when I ate something not on my “diet.” This obsessive behavior led to binge eating and orthorexia, where my life revolved around food and exercise, destroying my mental health and relationships.
At my breaking point, an Olympian mentor threw me a lifeline. I discovered a balanced approach to burning fat with ease. I relaxed my strict eating rules, exercised less, and saw breakthrough results with a fraction of the effort. Since then, I’ve helped thousands of busy professionals transform their bodies and lives without cutting carbs, following fads, or spending countless hours in the gym.
